About the Artist

exits and entrances through seven ages

The Spark

Some say you always remember the moment a spark ignites the flame to your lifelong passion.  For me it was when I was eight years old in 1964, lying on my parents living room floor, listening for the first time to the album "Meet the Beatles".  â€‹â€‹

1960   - Growing up in Trenton, NJ

While attending middle school I met three individuals that would end up being my closest friends (Nick, Frank, & Tom). Together we embarked on a musical journey through several bands and several years. It was a fantastic time of learning, growing, and comradery. We are still great friends to this day.

1970   - Studio Time

In my early twenties, I met Tom Marolda.  Tom was (and is) a very accomplished producer/musician/songwriter.  We became very good friends and collaborators.  Tom co-wrote and produced my first demo album "Just Another Weekend".  Columbia Records was very interested in the demo and me as an artist. Two showcases later, Columbia politely passed on signing me and the newly formed band.

1980   - Road Warriors

A new album and a new band of very talented musicians. Brothers in arms and battle scared, we played the Jersey bars of the eighties under the name Dash Weaver.  Scott Randolph, Keith Csolak, and Steve Bross are still great friends and continue to create and play music.

1990   - Family

In my thirties, I stepped away from music as a career to raise a family with my partner, and love of my life, MaryAnn.  We met at thirteen years old.  We got married in our twenties and raised two beautiful and talented daughters.

Today   - the flame is still burning

Continuing this journey forward, I took a step back to reimagine and reproduce six songs that I wrote in the eighties.  Unfinished Overture (2024) is a celebration of those days and closes the chapter of that time in my life.

A New Beginning (2026 release) is my upcoming album of new material. Each new song included on this album can be previewed here as they become available.
